She launched her first pet business in 2006 with a single mobile grooming truck, expanded into a brick-and-mortar pet spa, and ultimately grew the company into multiple pet resorts.
While raising six children, Jenn learned the importance of creating strong systems, policies, and leadership structures that allowed her business to operate successfully without her day-to-day involvement. Those same building blocks led to a successful exit in 2024.
Today, Jenn speaks to entrepreneurs about sustainable growth, operational systems, and building businesses that support both profit and family life.
