The textured nylon (Cordura) is great for older dogs because it provides the most traction and security when getting on and off the bed. It is also the material that is the most similar to what you’ll find on most pillow beds s if that’s what your dog has been used to, this will be an easy transition. If you think your older dog would prefer a shorter bed height, just give us a call and we can substitute in shorter legs.
